Pastor Jason & Tambi have been married for over 21 years and have 5 children, Mason, Kamdyn, Lincoln, River & Reign, a daughter-in-law, Brandy, and the family dog, Chevy!
Pastor Jason & Tambi have served in various ministries from Florida, Texas, and Montana for the past 20 years. Before coming to the Christian & Missionary Alliance Pastor Jason served in the Assemblies of God as a fully licensed and ordained minister.
Pastor Jason is a football coach for the Polson High School Pirate football team and also serves in other various roles within the Polson Community. His heart is to serve locally within the community in order to fulfill the great commission.

Born and raised in Polson, Montana. Damian has been in ministry for fourteen years, called into sound & visual ministries as well as Student and Young Adults.
He’s a servant leader, wanting to lead and bring the gospel to the youth and young adults at our church and to also gear and foster the giftings of those under him.

Summer & Austin Perkins
Kid’s Ministries Directors | The Bridge Church Polson
Summer Perkins was born and raised in Polson. She grew up serving in the church in multiple areas including kids, youth, coffee, worship, and AV.
Austin Perkins is her husband and is a pastor’s kid. He also grew up in Polson and served in the church. They met at youth group with Pastor Jason as their youth pastor. They got married in 2019.
Austin and Summer have a lot of ideas and a lot of vision. Their goal is to help kids know about Jesus and give them practical ways to tell their friends about Jesus, too. They are also very community-focused and look forward to serving God through loving the church and the community in the Flathead Valley.
Erika Weber
Ladies Ministry Leader | The Bridge Church Polson
Erika is a born-again and baptized believer. She was raised in Montana at the Fortine CMA church, Erika spent many summers at Dickey Lake Bible Camp and is so excited to be a part of women’s ministry at The Bridge!
Erika has spent her life working with women to help them regain joy and live fully. She is a mother to Sophia (11) and Tucker (10) and the wife of Chris.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, crafts, water sports, and travel. Fall is Erika’s favorite season because it’s how God reminds us with his creation to let things go so we can grow and bloom.
Erika loves Coffee, Her favorite flavor is with a splash of toasted marshmallow or vanilla!
